Poberezhnyi R. Forming of strategy of development of machine-building enterprise is on the basis of the balanced scorecard

The object of research: the process of strategic management. Objective: development of theoretical and methodological support and practical recommendations of the formation strategies of development of machine-building enterprises. Methods: generalization, abstract logical, analysis and synthesis, expert assessments, multivariate factor analysis, the theory of fuzzy sets, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical approach to build development strategies based on components of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), assessing the level of overall development of the company and the level of favorable external environment that allows select the most appropriate strategy. Novelty: improved classification of development supplemented the BSC by innovation and investment component and substantiated the model of the strategic profile of the enterprise. Implementation: The results of research recommended by Department of Economics and International Relations of Kharkiv regional state administration for the introduction at the enterprises of the Kharkiv region (reference №106-04-55 from 05.05.15), and put into operation LLC "Ecotest" (Kharkov, reference №14 / 11-2014 from 11/14/14), State Enterprise "Research Facto" PJSC "Turbogaz" (Kharkov, reference №02 / 266-185 on 10.02.15), OJSC "Turboatom" (Kharkiv, reference №3 from 03.06.15). Scope of use: machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
