Venovtseva N. Medical and psychological support of adolescents with somatoform vegetative dysfunction of cardiovascular system on inpatient period

Medical and psychological investigation of 125 adolescents with and without somatoform vegetative dysfunction of cardiovascular system was conducted. Their biopsychosocial peculiarities were identified. The relationships between individual characteristics of adolescents with somatoform vegetative dysfunction of cardiovascular system, anxiety and depressive symptoms development and social dysadaptation were identified. The main sources of social support among adolescents were differentiated and its influence on the psychophysical state violation was justified. The conception of adaptative resource of adolescents with somatoform vegetative dysfunction of cardiovascular system was created. The main directions of medical and psychological support of adolescents on the inpatient period were finded. Based on these results a model of medical and psychological support of adolescents with somatoform vegetative dysfunction of cardiovascular system was created and scientifically proved. Developed system is based on the principles of complexity, staging and consistency and include 4 phases.
