The thesis is devoted to the comparative legalanalysis of legal regulation of the relations connected with dissolution of the breach of contract in Ukraine and the Europian Unioncountries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic, Great Britain). In the work the main stages of formation and development of nstituted is solution of the breach of contract in civil law of Ukraine and the specified Europian Unioncountries are defined; the omparative and legalanalysis of the basic doctrinal and legislative provisions of the contract law of Ukraine, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic, Great Britain concerning cancellation of the breach of contract is carried out.
