Menska O. Cultural heritage as an object of civil rights.

There were formulated and proved a number of conclusions and proposals on the characteristics and legal status of objects of cultural heritage as objects of civil rights. In dissertation were formulated and were proved a number of conclusions and proposals concerning the characteristics and legal status of objects of cultural heritage as objects of civil rights. Particularly, were proposed to determine the object of cultural heritage as a unique movable or immovable object of the material world which has historical, cultural, aesthetic, archaeological, scientific value and recognized in this sense by the State, community or in some cases by person. Definition, nature and characteristics of objects of cultural heritage were determined as objects of civil rights. Were analyzed the category of "object of cultural heritage" with other related categories "monuments of history and culture", "cultural values", "cultural acquisition" from the standpoint of their application in civil law and administrative law.
