Vysochyna A. Management of region financial potential in the context of the budget policy realization in Ukraine

The theoretical basis for the formation and implementation of fiscal policy is summarized in this paper, its main trends are specified, problems and prospects of its implementation in Ukraine are identified; the understanding of the essence of the region financial potential is deepen; a comprehensive approach to region financial potential management is developed; the system of quantitative indicators to measure the main factors of its formation is formed; the methodical approach to the evaluation of its integral level is developed; the methodological principles of evaluation the level of effectiveness of the region financial potential realization are deepen; the matrix approach to forming financial strategies of regional development with consideration of the level of effectiveness of the region financial capacity realization; methodical principles of financial equalization in Ukraine are improved; instrumental basis of region credit rating calculation is enhanced.
