Erfort O. Development of the system of financial provision of higher education in Ukraine

The object: the system of financial provision of higher education in Ukraine. The subject: theoretical, methodological and methodical aspects of organization of the public and private financial sources of higher education, improving their management, taking into account that they are the key financial components of the system of higher education in Ukraine. The aim: to develop the scientifical and methodical positions and practical recommendations for higher education financing in Ukraine with the purpose to improve the quality and accessibility of higher education. Methods of the research: abstract-logical, economic and statistical analysis, system approach, economic-mathematical. Novelty: the theoretical, methodological, conceptual and methodological points is grounded and practical recommendations are given to develop the system of higher education financing with regards to improve the quality and accessability of higher education in Ukraine. The results are required in Committee of Science and Education of the Parliament of Ukraine, Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, "Bank Pershiy", "Oschadbank". Area of application: state finance.
