The thesis shows the new solution of the actual problem of modern gynecology - improving diagnostics, treatment of vaginal dysbiosis and prevention of its recurrence in girls of prepubertal and pubertal age. Found that 44.4% of girls have not dysbiosis vaginal symptoms, in 55.6% of patients there were complaints, including abnormal discharge (49.8%), redness of the vulva (30.1%), pruritus (30.1%), dysuria (16.6%). There were refined most important risk factors for vaginal dysbiosis girls: presence of complications of pregnancy in their mothers; high infection index; somatic morbidity; accommodation in poor housing conditions and failure to comply with intimate hygiene; receiving of antibiotic therapy. Based on the study of clinical and anamnesis, evaluation of physical and sexual development, hormonal, immunological parameters, including the algorithm of vaginal dysbiosis diagnostics with comprehensive quantitative polymerase chain reaction in real time, the differentiated scheme of preventive measures of vaginal dysbiosis correction in girls was developed depending on the clinical-microbiological features, age and on immune-endocrine status with subsequent appointment of intimate hygiene, leading to the decrease of cases of ineffective treatment and to the reducing of relapses' number during the year.
