Essay

The thesis is devoted to the historical and legal study of the functioning of the ownership rights institute in the western regions of the Ukrainian SSR in September, 1939–1945. Based on the systematic analysis of the legal departmental documents, archival source, some of which were first introduced to the scientific circulation, historical and legal and other scientific Ukrainian, Russian and foreign literature, the processes associated with the legal regulation of the institution of ownership during the ocupation of the soviet and nazi regimes have been studied.
