The dissertation is proving independent legal status of science legal globalistics through the definition of the following criteria: the independence of the subject and method of scientific knowledge, its own conceptual and categorical apparatus and the practical scope. The subject of legal globalistics were identified as trends and properties defined legal globalization and con¬sequent problems. It's given the authors definition of legal globalistics as an interdisciplinary jurisprudence, which aims to identify the legal nature of globalization, the causes of its occurrence and trends, analysis posed by its positive and negative effects and researching of globalization legal issues.
