Kovtunova L. Institute of invalid marriage in a family law in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to research an order, the bases and consequences of marriage recognition to be invalid (cancellation of register in invalid marriage). In work the legal nature of all types of the invalid marriages fixed in the existing family legislation is observed reveals and their definition, as individual legal statuses of the both woman and man made by them is provided. The basis of such origin statuses is the legal structure which basic element is the violation in the form of non-compliance with the marriage conditions provided in the law. Taking into consideration the standards of the existing family and civil legislation the bases of marriage invalidity and circumstance are revealed that eliminate its invalidity.
