The thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of forms and methods of civil and legal protection of personal non-property rights of an individual guaranteeing his social life. General theoretical characteristics of civil and legal protection of personal non-property rights of an individual guaranteeing his social life are revealed by the results of conducted study; the concept, essence and significance of the basic forms and methods of protection are formulated; as well as the main types of these forms and methods of protecting personal non-property rights of an individual guaranteeing his social life are outlined and characterized.
