The object of research is the process of determining the level of the functional state of athletes bahatobortsiv (heptathlon). The aim is to improve the process of determining the functional state of athletes by improving the method of assessing fitness athletes develop biotechnical systems and workstation sports doctor. Methods: Information modeling; functional and psychological diagnostics; biotechnological systems theory; digital signal processing; statistical data; Automatic Control. Theoretical results: first proposed information model of the individual athlete. Practical results are in developing and implementing: the biotechnical system in a functional and complete medical and technical complex, which is built on the principle of system approach in line with standard HL7; workstation sports doctor, whose novelty is the inclusion of the structure of the workstation subsystems decision support and block modeling of appropriate indicators.
