Sokolenko L. Organizational and economic basics of ecological security in the regional system of environmental management

Research object: the process of management of ecological security in the system of environmental management. Research aim: to develop the scientific and methodological approaches in order to improve organizational and economic basics of management of ecological security in the regional system of environmental management. Research methods: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, a systematic approach, historical approach, fundamentals of economic theory, the modern concept of environmental economics and environmental protection, theory of strategic management. Novelty: the scientific and methodical approach to the evaluating the financial and ecological security of the region, based on the calculation of integral index determined by diagnostics the indicators of financial and environmental security according to the criterion of the interconnection between them and considering their degree of variability under the influence of natural and artificial risks. Degree of implementation: methodical and practical results have been implemented in activity of: Department of Ecology, energy and natural resources sector of the Sumy Regional State Administration, municipal enterprise "Sumyzhylkomservis" under Sumy city council, in the learning process of Sumy National Agrarian University. Field (industry) use: environmental economics, finance.
