Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the optimization of antihypertensive therapy in patients with 2 and 3 degrees of arterial hypertension.It was found that therapy based on the combinations of losartan with hydrochlorothiazide and lisinopril with hydrochlorothiazide led to the significantly greater cSBP reduction compared with therapy based on bisoprolol and hydrochlorothiazide. In the group of beta-blocker based combination therapy we observed a significant increase of augmentation index compared with other regimens of therapy. In groups of ARBs and ACE inhibitors based combinations the improvement of vascular stiffness was significantly grater.
