Gaber A. Improving scientific and methodological foundations of ensuring the quality of higher and postgraduate education in the field of metrology

The thesis is devoted to improving the principles and approaches to the creation of guidance documents on evaluating the quality of higher and postgraduate education in the field of metrology. Application of causal Ishikawa diagrams for determinate key factors that affect the performance of higher education institutions. The methodic competence assessment experts on higher education is improved, which, in contrast to existing methods, applied scientifically grounded criteria that will allow for the selection of the most competent experts for formation evaluation team. New approaches for evaluation of higher educational institutions activity using expert assessment group is offered. Developed and practically tested in higher educational institutions in Ukraine and other country methodology for competency assessment experts on higher education, which, unlike existing techniques, used are specially designed criteria with established of scores evaluation.
