Bobyr A. The use of the second generation laryngeal mask in anaesthesiological supply of patients with high risk of cardiovascular complication.

The thesis is devoted to increase of safety of anaesthesiological supply of patients with high risk of cardiovascular complications through the upper respiratory pathways passage maintenance using second generation laryngeal mask I-gel. The second generation laryngeal mask I-gel safety was established to be comparable with the same in case of trachea traditional intubation in conditions of lungs artificial PCV regime ventilation in patients with breast cancer with high risk of cardiovascular complications that follows by smaller "haemodynamic feedback". The influence of the second generation laryngeal mask I-gel use on haemodynamic system and blood aggregative state was studied. New data on the second generation laryngeal mask I-gel use safety and efficiency in patients with high risk of cardiovascular complications are obtained. The second generation laryngeal mask I-gel application is more convenient and simple in comparison with a trachea intubation. The obtained new scientific data expand indications to the second generation laryngeal mask I-gel use in anaesthesiological supply of patients with high risk of cardiovascular complications. An algorithm of anaesthesilogical supply choice that reduces the frequency of (intraoperative) complications is introduced in clinical practice.
