Essay

The dissertation is the first general theoretical study of legal consciousness as a factor of strengthening the democratic foundations of the state and social system of Ukraine. The work analyzes the essence of legal consciousness in the context of basic theories of legal thinking. It investigates the influence of legal соnsciousness on social and political processes and reveals peculiarities of formation of civil legal onsciousness. The work analyzes legal consciousness as an element of the national legal system. The thesis researches the system of legal values of modern civil society. It reveals the importance of legal consciousness as a factor of strengthening of active citizenship.
