Nikolishyn S. Optimisation of tactics of auxiliary reproductive technologies at patients after various methods of operative treatment of cervix uterus pathology.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of restoration of reproductive function at women after various methods of operative treatment pathologists of cervix uterus pathology on basis of studying at them clinical-functional and morphological features, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm of surgical and treatment-and-prophylactic actions with use of auxiliary reproductive technologies. The role of various pathology of cervix uterus pathology, and also presence of accompanying gynecologic disease in genesise female barreness is studied. Correlation interrelations between character of pathology of cervix uterus and methods of operative treatment in clinical current of female barreness are established. It has allowed to prove scientifically necessity of operative treatment of cervix uterus pathology at a stage of preparation and tactics of carrying out of auxiliary reproductive technologies taking into account a concrete pathology of cervix uterus and presence dyshormonal infringements. Indications for operative treatment of a concrete pathology of cervix uterus with use of radio wave surgery and criodestruction are established. Criteria of indications and the distinctive moments of tactics of carrying out of auxiliary reproductive technologies at patients with a various pathology of cervix uterus and presence accompanying dyshormonal infringements are developed.
