Pyvovarova I. Ganguleterakosis of ducks (prevalence, pathogenesis, prevention)

The thesis is devoted to study of the spread of ganguleterakosis of ducks, seasonal and age dynamics of invasion in special farms and individual farm of the Odessa region. The role of earthworms in spreading of ganguleterakises has been defined and their species composition and ganguleterakises larvae infestation have been specified. It has been determined the influence of ganguleterakises on morphological and biochemical composition of blood of ducks at a spontaneous and experimental invasion on different stages of the life cycle of Ganguleterakis dispar. Patomorfological and histological changes in intestine, liver and spleen of ducks, contaminated by ganguleterakises have been established. The therapeutic efficacy of brovadazol, amprolev, albendazol and vermal and their effect on the body of ducks infected in ganguleterakosis on biochemical parameters of blood serum have been investigated. It has been established that brovadez-20, DZPT-2 and neochlor have disinvasive effect on eggs of Ganguleterakis dispar in the environment. Comparative assessment of their efficiency has been conducted.
