Gavryk K. Demodecosis and sarcoptoidoses of dogs in a city Kremenchug (spreading, clinical pathology and treatment)

In thesis summarized the results of investigating the distribution and diagnostics demodecosis and sarcoptoidoses of dogs, pathogenesis at otodektosis and demodecosis, treatment at demodecosis and sarcoptoidoses of dogs in a city Kremenchug. Studied the species composition, seasonal and age dynamics acariases of dogs and proven the dependence of the level infestation of dogs from their rock features. Established that acariases in dogs cause the pathogens Demodех canis, Otodectes cynotis, Sarcoptes canis. Developed and offered an improved method of laboratory diagnosis of demodecosis, otodektosis and sarcoptosis of dogs. It is proved that the proposed method is more efficient and ergonomic for intravital diagnostics of acariases than known methods by A. Alfimova and D. Pryselkova. Studied the morphological and biochemical parameters of blood, found the clinical picture and composition conditionally pathogenic microorganisms at demodecosis and otodektosis of dogs. Expediency the use of causal and causal and pathogenetic therapy using medications of domestic producers SPF «Brovafarma»: «Brovermektyn», «Еktosan» and OJSC «Kievmed-preparat»: «Sanoderm» by scaly form demodecosis of dogs. Results of hematological studies suggest about improvement of the dogs organism, freed from the influence of mites after treatment.
