Drutsul T. The bodies of public administration as subjects of administrative law

The thesis is devoted to the complex of scientific research of theoretical and practical problems associated with the functioning of development of public administration. Historiography of organs development of public administration is analysed in independent Ukraine and found out legal nature of it. The problems of the normative-legal fixing of public activity of administration are thoroughly worked out. A proper definition of "public administration bodies"is offered. The system of public administration which is a combination of structural entities operating in the state (executive agencies) and local level (local governments) is detected. The approaches to the definition and structure of administrative and legal status of public administration, its constituent elements forming the target, organizational and structural units of competence are analyzed. The features of the constituent elements of the administrative and legal status of public administration, in particular: tasks and functions, jurisdiction and powers are defined. The value and relationships between these elements also defining the legal status of public administration are found.
