Bosak K. Traditions and customs in the system of crime prevention in Ukraine

The dissertation is the first complex research of the place and role of traditions and customs in the crime prevention system of the Ukrainian criminological science. The analysis described the concepts and traditions and customs of the society. An author's understanding of the traditions and customs in the system of crime prevention in Ukraine is given in this work. The range of traditions and customs of society that have significant potential in the system of prevention of crime, namely ethical, religious, spiritual, family, professional, national and cultural are determined in thesis.
