Bychkovskyi V. Improvement of the results of surgery treatment in patients with lung tuberculosis applying fibrobronchoscopy.

The aim of dissertation is increasing the effectiveness of surgery treatment for the patients with lung tuberculosis by working out new methods of prophylactics of respiratory complications in surgery: lung resection, resection of lung with correlated thoracoplasty and primary thoracoplasty. It was proved that worked out methodology of respiratory complication prophylactic in lung resection allows to increase the effectiveness of surgery treatment among the patients with lung tuberculosis by 16.6% . It was proved that worked out methodology of prophylactic of respiratory complications in resection with correlated thoracoplasty among the patients with lung tuberculosis allowed to increase the effectiveness of surgery treatment by 21.2%. It was proved that worked out methodology of prophylactic of respiratory complications applying primary thoracoplasty among the patients with lung tuberculosis allowed to increase the effectiveness of surgery treatment by19.6%. It was also worked out the complex of measures of prophylactic of post-operation complications in surgery treatment of patients with lung tuberculosis.
