Voronenko V. Scientifically-methodical substantiation of strategies of ecological and economic development of the region

The object of study: the processes to ensure ecological and economic development of the region in today's conditions. Objective: improvement of scientific and methodological approaches to the substantiation the strategies of ecological and economic development of the region based on an assessment of its environmental and economic state. Research methods and instruments: logical generalization; comparison and scientific abstraction; ecological and economic, statistical, system analysis and synthesis; expert-analytical evaluation; economic-mathematical modeling and integral calculus; economics and statistics; visual presentation of research results; computer processing of information. Theoretical and practical results: methodological development and practical guidelines for the formation and the immediate implementation the strategy of ecological and economic development of the regions of Ukraine. Novelty: developed scientific and methodical approach to the formation the base of criteria to select the optimal strategy of ecological and economic development of the region; improved methodological approach to the formation the system of quality indicators of ecological and economic state of the region; improved methodical positions to the construction the economic and mathematical models to optimize indicators of ecological and economic development of the region; was further developed the system of the substantiation the strategy of ecological and economic development of the region; was further developed the scientific and methodical approach to assess the impact of the strategy of ecological and economic development of the region by the indicator of genuine savings.
