Object - primary linea alba hernia (LAH) with complicated and uncomplicated; goal - improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with primary hernia linea alba by improving preoperative diagnosis and the use of individual surgical treatments; methods - anthropometric, macroscopic, histological, ultrasound and CT, clinical, determining the quality of life of patients, statistical anal-ysis; results – for the first time of the first body, somatotype, component composition of the body of patients with LAH; identi-fied structural features of LA, patterns in the number and diameter of the collagen and elastic fibers of LA persons with a hernia; for the first time of the anatomy of the anterolateral abdominal wall patients with primary LAH using ultrasound and CT diagnostics, proven reliability of the results by comparing them with the morphological study; established diagnostic algorithm of patients with primary LAH; developed and justified new methods of surgical treatment of patients with primary LAH; studied quality of life of patients with primary LAH, rehabilitation methods of auto- and alloplastic; branch – medicine.
