Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the current problem of improving the diagnosis and choice of method of restorative treatment post-thrombotic disease of the lower extremities. A consistently high level of disability in low background rate of complete rehabilitation (1.4%) was established in 2013 in Ukraine. The basic disability factors induced by post-thrombotic disease that allowed to develop design of improved diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm were established. The use pathogenetically substantiated capacity of minimally invasive surgery possibled to achieve in 90.7% of patients, excellent and good results by reducing the frequency of pathological reflux on 34.8%, normalization of subfascial pressure, venous thrombogenesis reduced activity on 24.0%, with concomitant activation of fibrinolysis of regional blood flow on 60.0%. The severity of venous insufficiency decreased by 34.9% and improving quality of life as a result of surgical treatment pathogenetically substantiated determined.
