Essay

The thesis deals with theoretical, methodological and applied principles of ecoeconomic estimation of transformation of agricultural land-tenure. It was defined the concept «transformation of agricultural land-tenure» which means the process of transformation of land-tenure of the current socio-economic system in land-tenure of a new one, which is characterized by the change of previous traits and properties of landtenure on new. As a result of transformation of agricultural land-tenure in market conditions a transition has taken a place from land-tenures of collective farms and state farms to agricultural entities of market type based on the different forms of property. Research shows the stages of transformation and offers a classification of types of agricultural land-tenure transformations. It was analyzed the level of land use and land protection of agricultural land-tenure in Poltava region during the process of transformation of the land relations. On the basis of analysis and estimation of agricultural land-tenure the scientifically grounded model of an eco-economic estimation of agricultural land-tenure on a regional level was formed. Based on of the offered scientific approach to the eco-economic estimation of transformation of agricultural land-tenure the optimum structure of sowing areas was defined, which is based on the improvement of the structure of sowing areas in landtenures taking into account profitability of agricultural cultures and fitness of soils for growing of basic agricultural cultures. It was grounded ways of realization of the aforementioned approach in the probed region. The author improves principles and patterns of functioning of agricultural land-tenure in a market economy on a regional level.
