Yavors'kyj R. Tourist Services Agreement.

The thesis is dedicated to complex research of problems of legal re-gulation of tourist relations. On the basis of studying of the results of theoretical researches of the scientists, analysis of the effective Ukrainian legislatiosn and litigation there have been clarified the legal nature of the Tourist Services Agreement, outlined the features of tourist service. There have been offered the definition and subject matter of the Tourist Services Agreement. Moreover, there have been determined the peculiarities of the legal status of the parties of the Tourist Services Agreement, content of the agreement, procedure and ways of its conclusion, separated liability of tour operators and travel agents before the tourist. There have been researched peculiarities of modification and termination of the Tourist Services Agrement. There have been proposed the ways for improvement of legislative regulation of tourist relations, based on which there have been formulated number of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism".
