This dissertation offers an in-depth examination of the archaeological collection of Kherson Regional Museum. Certainly the stages of development, characteristic for the archaeological funds of the Ukrainian museums from the end of XIX century item until now. The modern scientifically grounded method of storage of archaeological collections is rotined in opened and closed storage facility and displays. Widespread and perspective conceptions of presentation of archaeological collections are analyses by facilities of museum.
