Essay

This thesis is devoted to developing sensitive, easily implemented and valid spectrophotometric chromatografic methods for the determination of drugs of abuse in dosage forms. The methods of quantitative drug determination for 8 out of 32 commercial agents are developed. The proposed method was successfully validated according to the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine on specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, range, and robustness of the application.
