In this work we described new methods of synthesis, physico-chemical and biological properties of 2-heteryl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-с]quinazolines, [2-(3-heteryl-[1,2,4]triazol-5-yl)phenyl]amines, S-derivatives of 2-heteryl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-с]quinazolin-5(6Н)-оnes(thiones). New methods of synthesis for 2-heteryl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-с]quinazolines, [2-(3-heteryl-[1,2,4]triazol-5-yl)phenyl]amines, 2-heteryl-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-с]quinazolin-5(6Н)-оnes(thiones) and theirs functional derivatives were proposed. The structures, physicochemical and biological properties of mentioned compounds were described.
