The main purpose of this work is focused search for new biologically active substances among 4-amino-5-(2-, 3-, 4-nitrophenyl)-1,2,4-triazole-3-tiones and their N- and S-substituted with an antimicrobial, antifungal, diuretic, antioxidant, antihypoxic, actoprotective, antipyretic, hypoglycemic, cardioprotective effects and low toxicity.
