The dissertation is dedicated to single gross violation of labor duties as a ground of termination of the employment contract with the employee by the employer. The research proved that unlawful behavior is a gross violation of labor duties of categories of employees, determined by the legislation, as a result of that other employees of the enterprise, institution, organization, employer or state were caused or could have caused significant material or moral damages, and that can cause the application of disciplinary penalty to the guilty person, including as dismissal.
