Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of theoretical positions and scientific and methodical approaches to manage energy product's lifecycle to provide environmental and natural-technogenic safety in Ukraine. Scientific approaches to defining the essence of the concepts of "energy product" and "energy product's life cycle" are analyzed and scientific understandings about structuring of energy product's life cycle which base on the necessity to take into account environmental impacts in the process of energy product's obtaining and provide selection of resource provision stage, and separation at all stages of energy product's life cycle the stages of formation and utilization of environmentally hazardous wastes are grounded. Scientific-methodical approaches to forming strategies of electricity development based on the principles of concept of clean energy on the base of matrix method and ecological and economic substantiation of optimum lifetime of power plants' worktime, which provides minimizing of integrated specific discounted ecological and economic costs are developed.
