Topchak N. Improvement of Regulatory Assurance of Wheat Grain Quality and Its Assessment

The thesis analyzes current standards of wheat grain quality and determines their main parameters.The dissertation outlines generalized approaches to improvement of grain quality and competitive growth of the agricultural sector.The conceptual model of a file of initial data on formation and forecasting of yield of high-quality wheat grain was developed in the thesis,together with the formalized quadratic nonlinear model of wheat grain quality assessment based on physical and chemical properties of grain.Study of wheatvarieties resulted in the development of the methodology of wheat grain quality assessmentand determination of requirements to them.The thesisproposesmethods and tools of assessment and forecasting of yield of high-quality grain based on determination of the efficiency measure.Criteria of gradation of wheat grain quality for the purpose intended and standardizing of its characteristics,as well as a draft standard of high-quality wheat grain areoffered.
