Essay

On the results of the data processing of observation results nearly two hundred permanent GNSS-stations of Europe for the period from 2000 to 2011 the absolute and regional components of the velocity vectors of the modern vertical movements of the earth's surface were defined in the thesis. The methodology, on the base of which for some seismic activity regions of European continent direct and inverse relationship between generalized criteria the field of velocities of modern vertical movements of the earth crust (VMVMEC) and small semi-axis ellipse of scattering of the earthquake epicenters was established, was developed.
