Object - infectious complications in patients with traumatic damage of the abdominal cavity; aim - to improve the results of treatment of patients with posttraumatic infectious postoperative complications by developing new and optimizing existing methods of prognosis, early diagnosis, rehabilitation and drainage of the abdominal cavity in the treatment of abdominal injury; methods - clinical, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, statistics; results - were developed surgical tactics of sanitation and drainage of peritoneal cavity to prevent development and to treat postoperative septic complications, in patients with abdominal trauma, complicated by peritonitis, was demonstrated that there is deep violation of adhesive interactions of immunocompetent cells and was observed the disintegration of cytokine regulation of immune response, progressive significant decrease of IL-2 and the low content levels of IL-4 on the background of permanent and significant increase of IL-6 concentration in the plasma, for the first time for the diagnosis and sanitation of the abdominal cavity in patients with abdominal trauma were designed by author "Termodrainage" to prevent and treat inflammatory complications of peritoneal cavity and "Drainage 5-channel modified" with usage new antiseptic octenisept.
