Essay

The supravital pupil reaction to the chemical irritants is investigated. The drugs were injected in the anterior chamber in a volume of 0.1 ml at environment temperature from +15 to +220 C. The presence of pupil reaction, time of its beginning, pupil sizes are defined. It has been first determined that there is the constant direct dependence of pupil reaction to phenylephrine. The effect of reverse pupil reaction to phenylephrine is described. Deceleration of reaction to phenylephrine at low environmental temperature has been established. The methodology of pupil reaction to pilocarpine is improved. The timescales of the negative and positive reactions to the drugs are defined. The algorithm of forensic medical diagnostics of the time of death is offered by the aggregate assessment of the presence and the beginning of supravital reactions to phenylephrine and pilocarpine at environmental temperature from +15 to +220 C.
