Sadovyi I. Surgical treatment stricture of anal canal and it prevention.

The research is devoted to the urgent problem of diagnostics, the choice of surgical treatment and prevention of stricture of the anal canal and solution important scientific and practical problem - improving the results of surgical treatment of patients with post-operational strictures of the anal canal through the development of new methods of X-ray diagnostics and application of advanced surgical techniques aimed at elimination and prevention of complications. We found highly informative a developing Х–ray diagnostic method strictures of the anal canal using a special radiopaque suppository. We propose new method of surgery and developed clear indications for its use. Proved effectiveness of chosen tactics treatment of postoperative strictures that reduces the incidence from 45,4 to 6,7 %. Implementation developing intraoperative methods of prevention of complications in patients with chronic hemorrhoids III–IV degree and chronic anal fissure allowed to prevent this complication in all patients of the primary group. In the comparison group the incidence of appearance the compensated stricture was 11,1 and 4,5 %, respectively.
