Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of treatment of chronic gastric ulcer which regenerates poorly. The device for experimental modeling of chronic symmetrical impairments of stomach in rats was designed. Four methods of local acceleration of reparative processes were proposed and estimated in experiment. These methods include use of autologous purified lipoaspirate, dalargin, platelet-rich plasma, combination of platelet-rich plasma and dalargin. Efficiency of use of platelet-rich plasma and its combination with dalargin for acceleration of healing of acetate gastric ulcers were proven in experiment. The results of the treatment of patients with non-complicated course of chronic gastric ulcer were estimated. Analysis of results of combination of cell technologies and miniinvasive surgery use in the treatment of patients suffered from chronic gastric ulcers was performed. It was proved that duration of treatment decreased and quality of life improved in patients who received endoscopic injection of platelet-rich plasma along with standard conservative anti-ulcerative therapy.
