Object - tissue healing in a zone of intestinal anastomosis after surgery for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract; goal - improvement of results of surgical interventions on the organs of the gastrointestinal tract by preventing anastomotic leak by means of applying of disepidermic cryolyophilized xenoderm grafts (DCXG); methods – physical and mechanical, morphological, morphometric, immunological, microbiological, clinical, ultrasound, x-ray, statistics; results – for the first time an experimental substantiation and clinical testing of the method of preventing anastomotic leak in the planning and urgent abdominal surgery was carried out using DCXG; for the first time there were experimentally detected morphometric and immunological features of jejunal tissue after application to its serosa flap DCXG; for the first time due to pnevmopression there was shown the increased physical strength of intestinal anastomosis, had been reinforced with flap of lyophilized xenoderm graft; for the first time the technique of intestinal anastomoses’ sealing with DCXG was developed, and indications of their application, depending on the clinical situation, were defined; branch – medicine.
