Dissertation is devoted to the integrated development of theoretical and practical issues of criminal responsibility for the manufacture, possession, purchase, transportation, transfer, import to Ukraine with a view to use in the sale of goods, sale of counterfeit money, government securities, state lottery tickets, excise duty stamps or holographic protective elements and punishment for it wording on this basis proposals to improve the legislation and its implementation. We have investigated the historical experience of criminal responsibility regulation for manufacturing, sales and other illegal activities related to the sale of counterfeit money, government securities, state lottery tickets, excise duty stamps and holographic protective elements according to the criminal legislation of Ukraine.
