The thesis is devoted to developing ways to increase the solubility of nimesulide, ibuprofen and meloxicam and studied their complexation with macromolecular compounds. Developed and scientifically sound methods of obtaining solid dispersion systems for pharmaceutical use substances based on polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol and cyclodextrin. Developed and validated spectrophotometric methods of quantitative determination of nimesulide, ibuprofen and meloxicam in solid disperse systems.
