Paruta Y. Public associations as the subject of civil legal relation

In the paper the main innovations of the Law of Ukraine "On public associations" are analyzes and defined its scope. The concept and civil features of public associations with legal status are reviewed. The author's definition of studied subject are proposed. The main approaches to determining the organizational - legal form of non-for-profit organisations and public associations in particular are analysed. The creating of public association and registration actions aimed at acquiring the status of a legal entity are found. Separately focus on the issue of winding up of public associations and determined that the ways of winding up is wider than created by law. The features of membership and its types are analysed. The legal regime of membership fees in public associations are studied. The participations of public associations in pecuniary relationship are reviewed. Classification of public associations are made and the analysis of the main types of public association are provided. The recommendations are aimed at improving the current civil law on public associations and provide quality legal regulations on them.
