The given dissertation is a comprehensive scientific research of the deed of gift in civil law and notarial activity. The theoretical generalization and a new solution of scientific problems of civil-law regulation of relations, arising in the process of donation, have been presented in this work. The regulation on theoretical and methodological approaches to the consolidation of the free use agreements has been introduced. The recommendations regarding their usage for the enhancement of civil-law regulation of donation relations were provided. A new direction of typology of contracts on the basis of strengthening of the regulation of private personal human rights in establishing the non-property relations has been offered. The main thesis and conclusions presented in this work are based on the analysis of current legislation and its application practice, the provisions of the doctrine of objects of civil rights, the achievements of civil-law science.
