The object of study: public administration professional leadership training in higher educational institutions in Ukraine. Objective: theoretical study and development of practical recommendations to improve the mechanisms of state control professional leadership training in higher educational institutions in Ukraine. Methods: logical and dialectical analysis and comparison, analysis and synthesis, formalization, settlement and constructive and abstract logical methods. Results are as justification content, main trends and characteristics of professional leadership training in higher education and the development of conceptual approaches for improving the mechanisms of state control professional leadership training in higher educational institutions in Ukraine. Novelty: the essence and content of the specified complex mechanism of state management of professional higher medical leadership training; The theoretical approaches to systematize the complex problems in the formation and implementation of public policy for training cadres in higher medical Ukraine and others.
