Makarova V. Ecological and economic constraints of development the land-lease relations in agricultural production

The object of the research: land-lease relations as an objective basis for the development of sustainable land use in agricultural production. Objective: improvement of land-lease relations in regard to the subjective and objective ecological and economic constraints as preconditions for the development of effective and ecologically sustainable land use in agricultural production. Research methods and equipment: logic synthesis; comparison, abstraction and research; environmental-economic, statistical, system analysis and synthesis; analytical evaluation; economic-mathematical modeling and integral calculus; economics and statistics. Theoretical and practical results: methodological developments, practical recommendations on optimization of environmental and economic constraints the development of land lease relations in agricultural production. Novelty: a mechanism of optimization of ecological and economic constraints with the purpose of increase of efficiency of use of agricultural land. Degree of implementation: development and practical advice embedded in the activities of the Main Department of State land Agency in Sumy region, Department of agricultural development of the Sumy regional state administration, Department of State land Agency in Krasnopolye district of Sumy region, in the educational process of the Sumy national agrarian university.
