It is developed in the dissertation the essence, objectives and significance of the monetary policy, outlined the classification of the monetary policy tools. Developed the theoretical principles of the transformation of the monetary policy of Ukraine, in terms economic integration. Conducted the evaluation of the modern trends of the transformation of the monetary policy of Ukraine, in terms economic integration. Analyzed the stages of the monetary policy development. Improved the system of the exchange rate formation factors by adding the reflexive factors. Justified the criteria of the periodization process the monetary policy formation and development. Defined the major trends of the transformation of the monetary policy of Ukraine in terms economic integration. Validated the shift of priorities in the monetary policy of Ukraine in terms economic integration with the EU countries. Offered the proposals on the legislative regulation of the monetary relations by updating the existing terminology in the Law of Ukraine "On the National Bank of Ukraine". Offered the periods of adaptation of the monetary policy of Ukraine during the implementation of the strategy of entering the EU. Improved the methodological approach for the international reserves management based on regressional models, designed by IMF.
