Sutormina K. The concentration of banking capital in Ukraine

This research focuses on theoretical principles of evaluation of concentration of bank capital and to develop practical recommendations for measures of state regulation of concentration of banking capital. Overview scientific approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of "concentration of banking capital" and defined its relationship with the concepts of "capitalization", "consolidation," "centralization" and "integration." The economic meaning of "concentration of banking capital," "market concentration" and "concentration of banks". The trends and factors are the dominant processes of concentration, systematized forms and methods of concentration of banking capital, the estimation of concentration in Ukraine by assets, capital, liabilities, deposits and loans, revealed the relationship between the processes of concentration, the functional characteristics of the banking sector and its nature structural transformations. Studies proposals aimed at improving the management of state regulation of concentration of banking capital. The threshold concentration of banking capital and substantiates the criteria for their evaluation.
