Voloshyn O. Mechanisms of state regulation of development of alternative energy in Ukraine

Object of study: public regulation of the alternative energy development. Purpose: substantiation of the theoretical provisions and development of practically applied recommendations regarding directions of improvement of mechanisms of public regulation of the alternative energy development in Ukraine. Methods: logical-semantic, comparative analysis, systemic analytical, historical, logical modeling and design, analysis and synthesis, observation and theoretical synthesis, abstract-logical. Results: the theoretical position is substantiated and practically applied recommendations concerning directions of improvement of mechanisms of public regulation of the alternative energy development in Ukraine are offered. Novelty: conceptual framework of the strategy of public regulation of the alternative energy development in Ukraine, as a strategic sector of the economy; theoretical and methodical approaches concerning the definition of directions of mechanisms of public regulation of alternative energy development perfection in Ukraine is offered; further development of the synthesis of the global trends and systematization of conceptual approaches regarding the functioning of the mechanisms of public regulation of the alternative energy development in different countries is given. The results are implemented in the activities of the Department of Economics and International relations of Kharkiv regional public administration, Zinkovsky regional Council of the Poltava region, National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine. Areas of use: public authorities and local self-government.
